Our platform uses artificial intelligence to analyse photographs taken before and after each cleaning visit. These images are used solely for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes. Images are stored securely and retained for no longer than 90 days unless subject to an active dispute, after which they are permanently deleted. You may opt out of AI-based verification; however, this may limit our ability to investigate quality concerns.
